What would this look like?

MONTH 1

During the initial consultation, we’ll dig deep into your history, your current concerns, and personal goals to create a unique 3-month plan. This typically involves a customized nutrition plan, some foundational supplement recommendations, and advanced lab recommendations. Lab test kits will be sent to your address for you to collect the sample, and DHL will pick up the collected sample and ship it back to us for analysis. 

MONTH 2

We discuss any relevant your test results and create a multi-phase (2-3 month) targeted supplement protocol. We'll also make any necessary dietary changes. We continue to adjust your supplement plan based on your individual response to the doses, and monitor your progress, shifting to bring you closer to your goals.

MONTH 3

We continue to adjust or progress with your supplement protocol (typically moving into the last phase) as well as your nutrition, and create a maintenance plan to continue to experience health improvements.
