What’s included in the package?

You’ll receive a complete 3-month wellness package including one 60-minute consultation, three follow-up sessions, and one comprehensive functional lab test. This also includes a personalised nutrition plan, targeted supplements, and ongoing practitioner support.

What if I’ve previously done recent lab work (e.g a stool test) with another Functional Medicine practitioner?

Totally fine — we’ll simply deduct the cost of that specific test from your package total. You’ll still be enrolled in the full 3-month experience, but we’ll dive straight into your results and start treatment in Month 1. If we feel more testing is needed later, we’ll guide you from there.

Can I choose my practitioner?

You’ll be matched with the practitioner best suited to your needs based on your intake. This ensures you receive personalised, consistent, and effective care throughout your journey.

What if I’m unsure which package to go for, or I think I might need both?

No stress — book a free discovery call with one of our team members (click here) and we’ll help you figure out the best fit. If it turns out you need support for both areas, you can go with one package and we’ll offer the second test at a discounted insider rate.

Are additional lab tests required?

Not always. Your practitioner may recommend additional tests like GI Map, OAT, or DUTCH depending on your unique symptoms and goals. These are optional and available at exclusive rates for active clients.

Do you support international clients?

Absolutely. We partner with trusted lab providers who offer international shipping and logistics support. We’ll guide you through every step — no matter where you’re based.

Can I just book one session at a time?

Yes of course! This option is ideal for those who want to maintain progress at their own pace or who may not need the structure of a fixed package. This approach is pay-as-you-go. Please email us to book your individual session info@stemthefunctional.clinic

Can I book a session without paying?

To secure your session, we do need full payment when booking. This is to ensure fairness for all clients, as that slot becomes unavailable to others once it's reserved. If you're not ready to commit just yet, you’re more than welcome to book closer to when it suits you, just know that availability can’t be guaranteed until payment is made. Let us know what works best for you, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

What if I’m unable to pay by PayPal? Are there other options?

Yes, of course. If PayPal doesn’t work for you, please let us know what’s easiest for you, and we’ll guide you through the process. We’re happy to send an alternative link or payment method if needed.
